Hi Guys!

I want to tell you about my favorite exercise: Yoga. Yoga is an ancient Indian body of knowledge that dates back more than 500 years ago. Yoga is about the union of a person's own consciousness and the universal consciousness. The practice of Yoga Exercises can improve your health, increase your resistance, and develop your mental awareness. I love practicing Yoga every morning because I feel calm and ready to enjoy the day.
